About The Position

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our residential (JH) team in Lancaster. DSPs are the heart of the work we do at RFK Community Alliance . You will work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. This role is incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to make a direct impact on someone's life every single day. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, or helping them achieve their personal goals, as a DSP, YOU will be an essential part of the support we provide. That's why we provide full training for all new DSPs, ensuring you have all the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in this position.
