About The Position
The Residential Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining client communities within residences, ensuring a client-focused and team-based environment. This role involves overseeing the quality of care for individuals served, managing operations to maintain a safe environment, and providing support to help individuals lead self-directed lives. The coordinator works closely with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and participates in on-call duties as needed.
