About The Position

The Residential Coordinator - Health Care Technician IV at Pueblo Regional Center is responsible for overseeing the implementation of residential programming for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience in a related occupational field.
  • Valid Colorado LPT-DD, LPT-MI, LPN, or QMAP certification, or the ability to earn QMAP within three months of hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all residential programming is implemented effectively in the home.
  • Provide supervision, modeling, and coaching to direct support professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Counsel individuals on behavior and medical care needs during interactions.
  • Collaborate with investigations and authorities as needed.
  • Complete and submit necessary paperwork, including incident reports and progress notes.
  • Maintain strong communication with co-workers, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of individuals according to their support plans.
  • Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team process and document outcomes accurately.
  • Exercise supervision over direct care staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
