About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Residential Container Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering, placing, and picking up storage or waste containers at residential locations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is experienced in operating commercial vehicles, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to safety.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License.
Clean driving record with no recent major violations.
Prior experience in delivery driving, waste management, or trucking is preferred.
Ability to operate roll-off trucks, hook-lift systems, or similar container transport equipment (training may be provided).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in delivery driving, waste management, or trucking is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial truck to deliver and retrieve containers at residential locations.
Load, unload, and properly position containers according to customer requests and company guidelines.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Navigate efficiently using GPS or routing software to optimize delivery schedules.
Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery confirmations and logs.
Follow all DOT, state, and company regulations for safe driving and vehicle operation.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicle.
