Requirements

  • Residential construction experience preferred but not required. Willing to train someone who is teachable and eager to learn the construction industry
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a 5-year clean driving record (DOT eligible).
  • Reliable: Shows up on time, follows through, and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Quality-focused: Takes pride in high-quality workmanship and pays attention to detail.
  • Professional: Clean-cut, respectful of customers' homes and property, and represents the company well on job sites.
  • Safety-minded: Maintain a safety-first mindset while on the job site and transporting our crew
  • Active: Able to lift up to 70 lbs., perform physical labor, and work on ladders as needed. Comfortable working from heights is a plus.
  • Must-Have: Basic hand tools – tool belt, chalk line, hammer, measuring tape, square, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our company truck, trailer, and crew safely to residential job sites (typically within one hour of the shop).
  • Assist with residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects.
  • Work on foundations, framing, roofing, siding, windows, and door installations.
  • Operate & maintain construction tools and equipment.
  • Follow jobsite safety standards and company procedures.
  • Keep job sites organized and support the team in completing projects on schedule.
  • Work a full-time position with overtime. Typically, 50-55 hours per week with a 5:50 AM start time
