Nautilus Custom Homes: Finely Crafted Custom Homes The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager. He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.

Requirements

5 years experience in a similar role
Proficient computer skills, and Procore certification/experience
Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high end Clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program
A passion for custom home building

Responsibilities

Follow and build by using Gantt chart schedule
Provide accurate information for updates
Complete daily jobsite reports
Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough leads times for subs and material to be on site at correct times
Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping.
Must maintain a CLEAN jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations
Review shop drawings for accuracy
