PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company’s Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. This role is essential to protecting construction quality, reducing risk exposure, and strengthening client confidence throughout the building process. Through paid hands-on training, the selected candidate will monitor projects from foundation through final turnover, ensuring compliance with program standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes. By conducting plan reviews, coordinating critical stage inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively addressing field issues, this position directly reduces rework, improves efficiency, and safeguards project margins. Serving as a key liaison between PEG, clients, and contractors, this individual will drive accountability, resolve field challenges, and promote adherence to established standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, and technical construction knowledge to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement across assigned sites. This position delivers measurable impact by elevating build quality, minimizing construction risk, and enhancing client satisfaction across diverse project types.
