Requirements

• Significant residential experience in construction, either working for a general contractor or as a tradesman at the superintendent level or above.
• Prior experience in a Project Manager or other management position is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate reports concerning position responsibilities.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites with rules and regulations being enforced.
