About The Position

The Production Manager at Home Aesthetics is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of residential renovation projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in residential renovations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage and lead a team of skilled craftsmen, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, organizing team-building events as needed.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with contractors to set budgets and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Conduct color consultations and identify opportunities for upselling services or products.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Procure and manage project materials and equipment ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure cost-effective, high-quality resources.
  • Hold subcontractors accountable for material handling and delivery when needed.
  • Manage the company storage unit to ensure materials and tools are organized and accessible.
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
  • Create detailed daily logs with photos and videos to update stakeholders.
  • Capture on-site photo/video opportunities for social media and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
  • Pull necessary permits and draft plot plans for submission.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality on every project.
  • Assist with in-field marketing strategy and neighborhood canvassing.
  • Represent the company at home shows and community events.
  • Pay subcontractors and vendors promptly.
  • Maintain subcontractor documentation and verify active insurance for year-end audits.
  • Update and maintain the prep file for weekly meetings to ensure accurate and organized communication.
