We're looking for an experienced construction professional to take the lead on multiple residential projects. If you enjoy managing teams, working directly with homeowners, and delivering high-end results, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a Residential Construction Project Lead, you'll oversee projects from initial planning through final completion. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with our quality standards--all while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in custom residential work
Proficiency with project management tools such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of custom home construction and renovation projects
Lead and support site superintendents and assistant project managers
Develop and maintain project schedules using CoConstruct
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Manage budgets, estimates, and change orders
Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements
Address challenges proactively and keep projects moving forward
Maintain accurate job documentation and daily logs
