As a Residential Construction Carpenter , you'll oversee field production, ensuring that all work meets our high standards for quality and is completed safely and on schedule. This role combines craftsmanship with leadership, you'll swing a hammer, guide a small team, and serve as the eyes and ears of the job site.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)
- Proven leadership skills and ability to guide a small crew
- Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must own standard hand tools and a drill set
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside carpenters on custom residential projects
- Execute both rough and finish carpentry with top-tier quality and efficiency
- Interpret project plans and communicate scope changes to the team
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and protection from the elements
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and company leadership
- Prepare material lists and notify the team of special order items
- Represent with professionalism on every site
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for quality, timelines, and conduct
