Painter Job Description Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards. Painters must demonstrate the following: Be Reliable and Dependable Accept Accountability Be Customer Centered Be Organized Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project Work as a Team. Take Direction Follow the work order Be able to meet a deadline Follow all Health and Safety Protocols All Fresh Coat Painters are required to complete a background check.
