Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced hands-on Residential & Commercial Loan Servicing Supervisor to lead and actively support daily operations for residential and commercial loan servicing. This is a working supervisor role—you will both supervise the team and personally perform servicing tasks to ensure accurate, compliant loan servicing from setup through payoff. You will partner closely with internal teams and serve as an escalation point for complex servicing issues.What You’ll Do:Work alongside the team. Requirements
- Strong experience in real estate loan servicing
- Knowledge of servicing regulations and compliance requirements
- Basic understanding of general ledger accounting
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of commercial servicing
- 2 years experience in Supervisory position for residential loan servicing
- Experience in residential loan servicing required
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred

- Supervise, coach, and train residential real estate and commercial loan servicers
- Assist with member calls and servicing issues as needed
