About The Position

Go Green Cleaning Experts is hiring a residential cleaning technician!

Pay: Base pay plus performance incentives — most techs earn $20–$23/hr, and top performers can make up to $25/hr. Paid training included!

We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to join our team. Full-time daytime availability is preferred, but we will consider part-time applicants with consistent schedules.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, daytime hours (approx. 8:30am–4:30pm)
• No nights, no Sundays (occasional Saturdays only if needed)
• Part-time applicants: consistent minimum of X hours/week required (you can set 20–25 hours as a guideline)

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs (vacuum, supplies, etc.)
• Able to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
