About The Position

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team in Glendale and the surrounding areas! This is a part-time position scheduled for every Sunday, plus 1–2 other days per week. Most jobs are scheduled in the mornings and afternoons, with the possibility of occasional evening work. As our client base grows, there may also be opportunities for increased hours. In addition to cleaning clients' homes, you will also be responsible for cleaning rental properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards for guests. Requirements

MUST have own vehicle to travel to various worksite locations in Glendale/Phoenix areas
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
High attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Trustworthy and respectful of client privacy

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, countertops, appliances, tubs, and toilets
Clean and prepare rental properties to meet guest-ready standards
Organize and tidy rooms as needed
Follow individual client and property-specific instructions and preferences
Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients' homes and rental properties
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
Report any safety or maintenance concerns
