About The Position
Two Bettys is currently seeking efficient and detail-oriented house cleaners to join our amazing team! As a Residential Cleaner, you will work independently, following client notes and cleaning instructions provided by our sales team and schedulers. You will utilize Two Bettys' eco-friendly cleaning supplies and standard procedures to complete standard, deep, or specialty cleaning services. This role requires the ability to commute between client locations within our service area, ensuring that you can provide exceptional service to our residential clients, who we service Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, with no nights or weekends required. For our commercial clients, hours are from 4 pm to 12 am, with a minimum of 25 hours required, and hybrid hours available on Sundays. At Two Bettys, we pride ourselves on supporting our cleaners and clients alike. Our dedicated service manager and scheduler, along with quality field and team leads, are here to assist you in navigating your daily tasks. We offer a comprehensive paid training program lasting one week, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. We believe in fair compensation, starting our cleaners at $18.50 per hour, with the potential to increase to $22 or $23 within the first year of employment. Additionally, cash tips are always encouraged, as we ask our clients to tip our cleaners directly.
