About The Position

At our Graham Lake Residential Program, we provide a supportive and structured environment where emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth can thrive and grow. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Availability Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for helping youth reach their full potential
Responsibilities
- Providing consistent supervision and support in a safe, therapeutic environment
- Building positive, trusting relationships with youth
- Helping implement individualized treatment plans and daily routines
- Promoting emotional development, healthy behaviors, and life skills
