About The Position

The Residential Case Aide - Luckett House is responsible for providing direct services for residential care to all clients. Duties include, but are not limited to: resident support for bathing, shopping, transporting clients to medical or dental appointments or to local businesses, medication supervision, monitoring and meal service and other personal care needs. Performs administrative tasks such as documentation of resident's daily activities, coordinate care with other team providers. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and families in a respectful manner.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or GED preferred.
  • Current CPR and Food handler's cards required within 14 days of hire.
  • Must be eligible and apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of placement in job, unless a higher credential is held.
  • Current Washington state driver's license.
  • Minimum six (6) months experience providing direct care to behavioral health populations preferred.
  • Proof of a safe driving record obtained by a motor vehicle report.
