Ensure resident safety and well-being through active supervision and documentation Lead and support therapeutic and recreational group activities Transport residents to appointments and community outings Collaborate with treatment teams and communicate relevant updates Intervene appropriately using behavior management techniques Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights Minimum age: 21 High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's in human services preferred Experience with adolescents in residential care is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Ability to complete required training, background checks, and CPR certification Active role with standing, walking, and occasional bending On-site presence required Ability to communicate clearly and use a computer regularly Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
