Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening
  • Willingness to complete required residential training and CPS clearance
  • Current CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with adolescents in residential care preferred
  • Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred—or willingness to complete training

Responsibilities
