Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • 1+ year of experience in a kitchen, food service, or dietary role
  • Reliable, caring, and takes pride in creating good food

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with children or youth is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare healthy, home-style meals that meet nutrition and ServSafe standards.
  • Plan menus and bake comfort foods kids love.
  • Keep a clean, organized kitchen that feels welcoming and calm.
  • Work with staff to make mealtimes a comforting part of each child’s day.
