For over 20 years, Avid4 Adventure has empowered kids to live active outdoor lifestyles through our unique outdoor programming. Important Details Work Schedule: Sunday-Saturday, typically 30-40 hours/week (position depending). Time Off: You will receive one day off a week, and around 36 hours off every two weeks between sessions. During a session, when not on shift, you can enjoy down time, or participate in camp activities! Position Duration: Training begins May 27th; programs run from June through August 1st. See our Camp Locations page for date and location specifics Compensation: $15.92/Hour Room and Board: Is $115/weekly and includes housing, facilities, and all meals! We are hiring Facility Supervisors for our two Colorado Overnight Camp locations: Camp Blue Sky (Grades 1-5), Evergreen, CO Camp Windy Peak (Grades 6-12), Bailey, CO In this role you will Keep buildings and group-sites safe, clean, and in good repair Clean all facilities and document progress on Daily/Weekly/Monthly tracking sheets Identify and proactively address safety, security, and health hazards Respond to facility emergencies on physical site Participate in weekly site inspections with Assistant Directors and other weekly meetings Report repairs or replacement needs to Leadership Maintain and update records related to the camp’s preventative maintenance program Your Background Minimum 18 years of age Previous experience in facilities maintenance and/or custodial is preferred Basic/Community First Aid and CPR required prior to the start of camp Our Interview Process After you submit an application, here is what you can expect next: Step 1: Complete a one-way video interview Step 2: 20-minute live virtual interview and submit three references (personal and/or professional) Final decision!!
