As a Business Development Account Manager at Optimum, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive new residential construction plan. This role involves communicating the value of partnering with Altice on Joint Trench and Residential New Build Opportunities, researching and gathering project details to initiate qualified residential development projects, and negotiating mutually beneficial arrangements for Altice and various stakeholders including developers, builders, homeowners, and HOAs. You will also pursue activities that provide for strategic footprint expansion and provide management with regular deliverables. Coordination with local municipalities, HOA's, Chambers, EDC's, Home Builder Associations, and Developers is essential. You will initiate and expand relationships with developers and new home builders, ensuring their needs are met to foster valuable partnerships. Understanding the new build process and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute plans for residential new build projects is crucial. Additionally, you will work with local operations to address persistent issues raised by builders and customers, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales Channels, and Local Market Engagement to ensure participation and support at builder events. Your role will also involve determining marketing and concierge needs in collaboration with builders and developers to maximize returns on all projects, and generating leads on new home move-ins.
