Weekend Caregiver-full-time
About The Position
We are seeking a Residential Assistant to work Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm, providing caregiving and supervision to adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Job duties include: Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism Assisting clients with daily living skills Ensuring that clients are participating in planned activities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Employee should make employer aware of any request for accommodations in a timely manner, either upon hire or as soon as need for accommodation arises. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Candidate should be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screen (no felonies, no convictions involving abuse, assault, neglect)
Nice To Haves
- Valid Driver's license preferred
- Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism preferred
