About The Position

We are looking for an Experienced Assistant Property Manager (APM) for a new luxury apartment community in the Keene area. The role involves managing a large apartment community, including leading a team of on-site leasing representatives, overseeing the performance of the maintenance team, ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing capital projects. The successful candidate must have 5 years of experience managing a large market-rate apartment community, possess polished communication skills, supervisory experience, and be well-organized and self-motivated.

Requirements

• 5+ Years’ Experience Managing a Market Rate Community
• Polished communications skills
• Supervisory experience
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe
• College Degree required

Responsibilities

• Managing a large apartment community including leading a team of on-site leasing representatives
• Overseeing the performance of the maintenance team
• Insuring open communication with residents
• Creating and managing budgets
• Overseeing any capital projects
• Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals
• Assisting in the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections
• Provide pleasant and timely communications with all residents for resident retention
