About The Position

Requirements
- Experience in valuation and data collection of residential properties
- Must meet State of Ohio requirements to become a Licensed/Certified Appraiser
Nice To Haves
- Currently Licensed or Certified Appraiser preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform field work to verify data or collect new property information
- Ability to measure residential improvements
- Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints and plat maps
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize work assignments
- Proven, reliable attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/or Microsoft Office tools support
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
