Appraisal Administrative Clerk adheres to established Residential Appraisal Department and Fremont Bank policies and procedures to effectively satisfy inquiries, diffuse situations and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner. This includes calls and/or emails to clients and appraisers; updating reports; updating appraisal status; assigning appraisals; and review processing of appraisals. Selected individual must be familiar with PC, Microsoft Office, communicate and write effectively. Ability to work independently is a must.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications including appraisal tracking systems and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Good Organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and production expectations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Must be flexible with schedule to ensure proper coverage as determined by business needs
  • Customer service oriented with good communication skills, both written and verbal .

Nice To Haves

  • Residential loan and Real Estate Appraisal preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assign appraisal orders per the process and procedures
  • Review process and import appraisals per process and procedures
  • Ensure that all interactions with client, vendor and staff are handled professionally, accurately, with high quality and performance standards and integrity
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails to resolve client/vendor inquiries.
  • Resolve client/vendor issue by offering solutions, corrections, or adjustments; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to Fremont Bank guidelines, regulatory banking requirements, policies and procedures to process client requests
  • Required to meet SLA (service level agreements) and follow review processing matrix
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Must go above and beyond to provide the “Six Diamond” experience in every interaction
