About The Position

This position installs and troubleshoots washers, ranges, and other large appliances for their customers. They need to know how to connect water or gas lines, and how to check for leaks once the appliances are installed. This position must repair or replace any defective components found in appliances. They instruct their customers on how to operate the appliances properly. They must know how to dismantle and reassemble appliances to make their diagnosis. This position must also provide outstanding customer service, have good communication skills, and have the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the residential and commercial industry.
• EPA Certified.
• AHAM CFC certified.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot washers, ranges, and other large appliances.
• Connect water or gas lines and check for leaks after installation.
• Repair or replace defective components in appliances.
• Instruct customers on proper operation of appliances.
• Dismantle and reassemble appliances for diagnosis.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
