About The Position

We are committed to providing clinical care, education, and research in the field of addiction treatment and recovery. Our care is personalized to meet the needs of each person who comes through our doors and integrated to address co-occurring mental health conditions. Our #1 priority is to help the client first sustain and then maintain long-term recovery. You will work in an inpatient setting with a small client caseload to: Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided. Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate. Represent WisHope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events. Provide various outpatient SUD and Mental Health services. Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies. Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment. Provide SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services. Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines. Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients. Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided. Participate in annual cultural competency and diversity training and seeking safety training and are beyond qualified to care for those we serve.

Requirements

  • Hold a current SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC, LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW and/or ICS (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • Associates Degree or higher in Substance Use Disorders or Mental Health related field (Preferred)
