About The Position
Rowe (now Leaky's) has been serving Lubbock since 1977, providing top-tier HVAC and Plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. Now, we’re expanding into plumbing—and we need a skilled, motivated Repair Plumber. Please only apply if you are a tradesman or journeyman. You’ll work independently with a company-provided vehicle and power tools, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs to homes and businesses across Lubbock. Requirements
- Tradesman or Journeyman License in Texas
- Experience in residential & light commercial plumbing repairs
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs , bend, kneel, and work in various conditions
- Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
- Self-motivated & ready to help build a plumbing division in San Antonio
Responsibilities
- Diagnose & repair plumbing issues – water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, water quality products, water softeners, etc.
- Provide estimates & recommendations to customers
- Work independently with strong communication skills
- Maintain & organize your company-provided vehicle & tools
- Complete job documentation using mobile software
- Maintain a clean & safe job site , adhering to safety standards
