About The Position

The Residential Aide will work under the supervision of the Program Director and provide shift coverage, with possibility of flexible, rotating shift schedule, and weekend coverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor participant safety and safety of the premises
Conduct facility runs to ensure security, safety and program standards are maintained
Disseminate pertinent information to the participants
Monitor surveillance system
Write incident reports
Document hourly observations of the premises in log book
Attend training as assigned
Other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness in congregate setting
• Experience in de-escalation
• Knowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience providing excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
