About The Position

Our Client in Assonet, MA is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Residential Aides to join their team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, working with adults with developmental disabilities and be able to work the listed scheduling. Candidate Must be able to complete a 1 week orientation on 1st shift Monday-Monday 8AM-4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Pass Cori Check
• Pass RMV Check; Must have Valid Drivers License with clean record (no more then 3 infractions within the last 3 years!)
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Experience within a Aide position

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and transport to medical dental and psychiatric appointments via agency vehicle
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with activities for residents with cognitive impairments
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
• Teach and Support individuals in daily living skills such as personal care and hygiene and care of personal space and belongings, safety, transporting clients to appointments, cooking etc.
• Help residents with ADL's bathing, dressing etc.
