About The Position
As a Residential Aide, you will provide essential services and support that help residents meet their personal care, leisure, social/emotional, health, and spiritual needs in a respectful and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in a CBRF setting preferred
- Completion of required CBRF certifications: Standard Precautions Fire Safety First Aid Medication Administration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written documentation and instructions
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willingness to participate in a CNA training program within 6 months of hire (CNA preferred but not required)
