About The Position

Residential Advocate Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN Job Type: Part Time Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!) Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with computers and basic tech
  • Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations.
  • Frequently reach above shoulder height to reach necessary items, including supplies, medications, etc.
  • Frequently complete repetitive tasks.
  • Sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.

Responsibilities

  • Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.
  • Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.
  • Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
  • Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
  • Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
