Residential Advocate Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN Job Type: Part Time Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!) Schedule: Monday and Thursday & E/O Weekend, 5-10PM Kickstart your career in healthcare—no experience needed! Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with computers and basic tech
- Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations.
- Frequently reach above shoulder height to reach necessary items, including supplies, medications, etc.
- Frequently complete repetitive tasks.
- Sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
Responsibilities
- Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.
- Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.
- Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
- Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
- Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
