About The Position

In this role, you will have responsibility for the smooth running of the residence and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Requirements

Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.
Applicants must be age 21 or older, due to the nature of the role working with minors.

Responsibilities

Planning and managing student arrivals and departures.
Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
Monitoring cafeteria flow and student behavior during dining hours.
General student welfare and discipline.
Addressing problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Sharing after-hours, on-call duties on a rotational basis.
Stepping in to assist with daily student activities on campus as needed.
