About The Position
The residency program is designed to prepare you for a lifetime of faithful and fruitful ministry. Our focus is on developing each resident spiritually, personally, and professionally. Over the course of 1 year, you will gain hands-on ministry experience alongside seasoned pastors who will coach you in a specific ministry area. As you engage in the residency program you will become a leader who is prepared to lead yourself, lead others, and serve the local church in a meaningful way. While at Biltmore, you’ll experience dynamic worship, excellent ministry practice, and many different service opportunities that will enhance your future ministry. You will be developed and discipled. Feel free to ask questions as you need clarity.
