About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Wellness Supervisor/LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the wellness staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily nursing operations to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being. Collaborate with the Wellness Director, care team, and healthcare providers to support individualized resident care plans. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the EHR. Manage medication inventory, ordering, and ensuring compliance with storage, counts, and handling regulations. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and staff while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe medication area and promote a supportive wellness environment. Provide attentive, compassionate service that respects residents’ mobility, cognitive, and sensory needs. Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members while upholding ethics and integrity. Requirements Education & Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing One year clinical experience providing direct care to seniors in a long term care or healthcare setting preferred. Skills and Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, and federal, state, and local regulations. Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality patient care. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accurate documentation Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and competently Technological proficiency with EHR systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Sound judgement and ability to make confident ethical decisions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods. Ability to move comfortably and safely, which can include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, etc. Ability to safely support resident mobility and perform physical duties associated with caregiving. Requirements
