We are seeking a skilled Resident Technician to join our dynamic team. Our technicians are the face of Seegrid that provide exceptional onsite service and timely resolutions for our customers. The Resident Technician role is responsible for customer support, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring AMRs operate efficiently and effectively at the customer site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. The Resident Technician role is fully remote and located at the customer site.
