About The Position
Our Nuclear Projects and Consulting group is a Tier 1 service provider to the U.S. Department of Energy, delivering safe and innovative solutions at complex nuclear cleanup and production sites. Our services include program management, decommissioning, environmental remediation, waste and nuclear material management, nuclear operations, consulting, and engineering, and construction. We are looking to add a Structural Engineer to our growing engineering team out at the Spent Fuel Handling Project in Scoville, ID. As a Structural Engineer, you will oversee contractor's daily work activity for concrete, steel, and foundations on site for the Department of Energy project. Additionally, you will perform structural design calculations and evaluations as needed for the project. This position is client facing with an emphasis on ensuring quality, schedule, and cost. You will participate in planning, field oversight, inspections, scheduling, general design, design change disposition and procurement tasks as assigned.
