Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Resident Specialist to join our team at our beautiful 1,100+ unit property, Ramblewood Apartments. Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service. Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events. Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must have reliable transportation. Why come work for us? Requirements

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
Must have reliable transportation
