About this role: As a customer-facing Resident Solutions Architect (Infrastructure), you will join our field team to deliver world-class technical solutions to customer and prospect business problems. In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse set of use cases where Apache Airflow plays a central role in the overall solution architecture. Your work will directly enable customers to scale their operations and achieve their goals by adopting Astronomer’s products. This role is pre-sales–oriented and will involve some travel to support business and customer engagements. You will support customers primarily in the East Coast time zone. Comfort and flexibility with working and traveling within this time zone are essential to ensure effective collaboration and drive customer success.
