Requirements

• An Associate degree with related experience is required.
• Working 22.5 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will direct operation of a housing complex for low-moderate income families, welfare recipients, or other eligible individuals.
• Will develop and implement plans for administration of the complex and procedures for making housing assignments and plan a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Will review occupancy reports to ensure that applications, selection of residents, and assignment of dwelling units are in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Will promote harmonious relations among residents, housing complex staff, and the community.
• Will coordinate resident services, provide case management support, and act as liaison between families, the community, and service providers.
