Do you have an interest in real estate and have a niche for social media, events and marketing? Well, this is the job for you! We're seeking a savvy individual to drive leasing success through innovative social media strategies and compelling marketing campaigns across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have a creative side and plan events for two luxury Class A amenities, post content on social media weekly, and devise creative ways to improve resident satisfaction. If you're ready to showcase our beautiful properties to the world and connect with future residents in exciting ways, now! Being that go to person for the residents! You've got the answers!! Be the voice of the property handling our phone calls. Processing the service request from resident, to maintenance and the follow up. Be entrepreneurial with suggestions and ideas for improving resident satisfaction and event!
