Resident Services & Wellness Coordinator – Bilingual (Cantonese/Mandarin)
About The Position
As a Resident Services & Wellness Coordinator, you will play a direct role in supporting residents’ day-to-day well-being and long-term stability. This is a highly relational, community-based role where you will build trust, connect residents to critical resources, and create programs that support health, independence, and engagement. You’ll help residents navigate challenges, access services, and participate in programs that strengthen both individual outcomes and the broader community. This role is ideal for someone who is people-centered, resourceful, and energized by working in community.
Requirements
- Experience in human services, public health, or community-based work (or equivalent)
- Experience working with diverse communities; seniors or affordable housing preferred
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one resident support, referrals, and service coordination
- Connect residents to healthcare, food access, financial assistance, and public benefits
- Plan and lead community programs, workshops, and engagement activities
- Coordinate wellness initiatives (health education, fitness, aging support)
- Track participation, maintain documentation, and support reporting
- Partner with Property Management and community providers
