The primary purpose of this position is to lead the development, planning and implementation of resident support programs that best meet the needs of residents residing in Elderly & Disabled Developments, by overseeing resident councils/boards, the supervision of mediation through prevention services, Tenant Participation Funds and will provide budget oversight. This position serves as the Resident Services liaison and the primary point of contact between Resident Services and Property Management. The incumbent is directly responsible for supervision of staff that provide direct service coordination to Elderly & Disabled residents.
