About The Position

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents. The role coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property, as well as assists with utility set-up and deliverance of packages and package claim reminders. The coordinator develops and publishes property newsletters, which include planned events, resident services, and advertisements. They handle resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests, and prepare incident reports in accordance with Company standards. Responsibilities also include scheduling activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintaining contracts for such rentals, and collecting applicable fees. The position ensures guest suites are in rental condition and provides additional amenities to residents, such as movie rentals, books, and games. Furthermore, the Resident Services Coordinator processes work orders for the maintenance department, ensures timely and accurate completion, and contacts residents to confirm satisfaction. They prepare weekly maintenance reports to verify resident requests are being completed and inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting maintenance to items needing repair.

  • Scheduling activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintaining the contract on any such rental, and collecting applicable fees
  • Ensuring guest suites are in rental condition and providing additional amenities to residents, such as movie rentals, books, and games
  • Processing work orders for the maintenance department, ensuring they are completed timely and accurately
  • Contacting the resident to determine if they are satisfied with the work completed
  • Preparing weekly maintenance report to verify resident requests are being completed
  • Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Alerting maintenance to items that need to be repaired
