Position: Resident Services Concierge Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex, downtown Cincinnati. Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
- Can lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests
- Receive and deliver packages
- Manage incoming calls and messages
- Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
- Maintain visitor and contractor logs
- Ensure lobby area cleanliness
