About The Position
The Resident Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for residents at FirstKey Homes, responsible for preparing properties for leasing and facilitating resident onboarding activities. This role involves light maintenance work, extensive travel throughout the market, and requires weekend and overtime hours, particularly during the first two weeks of each month. The Coordinator will manage a significant volume of leases and property listings monthly, ensuring properties are appealing and compliant with relevant laws.
