Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resolving and handling resident maintenance questions, concerns and complaints
• Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email.
• All requests are to be entered in a timely fashion.
• Phone messages and email will be checked consistently.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining importance of request for service technicians, or vendors.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
