Requirements

• 2 years' experience working with seniors and those with dementia; leading activities, creating social interactions, and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Management experience in the healthcare field
• Experience assessing resident needs and developing approaches that reduce discomfort and enhance daily wellbeing
• Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with Community Director to lead community culture with compassion and integrity
• Coordinate and implement the delivery of resident care
• Complete assessments and write service plans for all current/prospective residents according to company policy and regulatory compliance
• Responsible for Electronic Health Record (EHR) accuracy and upkeep
• Communicate seamlessly with residents, their care providers, and their loved ones
• Delegate and document tasks according to the healthcare manual
